The price for the wonton soup seems a little steep. I suggest reducing it a bit to $5 small and $7 large. You want to keep your prices in line with your local Chinese restaurants. Also, why $1.89 for water? That seems a little high. Perhaps $1.00 would be better. And maybe $1.50 for soft drinks would garner more buyers. What's wagahmelon?

At my Ohio Chinese restaurant, I pay $1.10 for a pint of wonton soup and $2.00 for the quart.

I think your whole question is a joke! Hope you meant it as a joke; otherwise, you won't have "repeat" customers.

Weird, why would you want people who don't pay tips to not eat? Sounds like an ancient chinese puzzle but that rule of no tips sounds forceful. That tip thing might need to go, it doesn't sound realistic. But then again, I kinda like it in a chivalristic kind of way, I like it, that way the customer who tips for bad service won't feel ripped off...
