Kyle Petty is a big cry baby more than get penalized he should just quit!~ The guy just sucks! If he wasn't a car owner who is the heck would sponsor him? He's a miserable old man who is a big disappointment to the Petty name, there is only 2 things he does is worth anything, 1 he's camp is just wonderful, I'll give him that! 2 the Petty name has skipped a generation of talent (poor Adam would have really put him to shame) Denny should have, and WOULD have kicked his old as*, Who does he think he is, Denny is a great contender, and had every right to get kyle's useless as* out of the way boo hoo I'm going for 35 oh wow, when Denny is in the chase and very much deserves to be in it, Denny is NOT Montoya who runs into everybody and crashes into everyone you real race fans know this so all this hoopla ohhhhh Denny's a crybaby ohhh Kyle should done this, Kyle should have done that, Kyle is an old hasben who shouldn't even be racing anymore and the only reason he does because he rides on the coat tails of the Petty name. Denny Hamlin is a fantastic guy ( I've met him) who has done more in his 2 years in the Cup than Kyle crybaby suck as* hot head Petty who should be ashamed of him self and should just realize that he is a useless piece of Sh*t who should just give it up already. Yes he should be fined, anybody in the real world could have gotten arrested, you all know that GO HAMLIN GO you rock!!!!!! I wholeheartly beleive he should get something done to him.

I think both drivers were wrong in the way they reacted after the incident, but Denny was the car in the back. Its his job to be patient, or at least more cautious when trying to pass. His actions took them both out of the race. By saying that Petty isn't racing for anything important, Denny is wrong. Kyle needs to be in the top 35, Denny needs to be in the top 5 to stay competitive in the CHASE. Both had a mission but Denny's actions on the track ruined both of their days. Kyle didn't have to touch Hamlin to get his point across, but these guys are together on the road the majority of the year. There are bound to be some tempers on and off the track.

You know what's funny is it's only obvious that Kyle Petty knew the cameras were on Denny Hamlin through the passenger side window. Kyle Petty just did that so he could look bad on T.V. But the way he slapped Denny's helmet like a little sissy made me laugh at him. If your gonna hit someone do it like a man, not like a queer. Plus Denny was strapped in his car. What else does Kyle Petty do, pick on women?

Yes Kyle should have not slap Denny's visor
In fact kyle shouldn't have been in Denny's garage area at all.
History will show you that Kyle will be the first to let you know that you screwed up.
On the other hand Denny was the victim of his own demise. There was still better than half of the race left he clearly ran into the rear end of Kyle causing the wreck.
Denny needs to learn how to make common sense decisions on the track instead of forcing an issue early in the race kyle would have given Denny room to pass.
Why Denny did what he did we can only guess but he needs to be reminded that you can't win a race with a torn up car or better yet one that is totaled and not even on the track.
Emotions and testosterone run rampid during a race kyle slapping Denny is no different than Kevin H and JPM having a shoving match .
No harm
No foul
No penalties or fines

Sorry but Denny was racing wide.
I am a fan of Denny and will be,but if a driver slips up things happen and because Kyle is not in the chase he does not have to move over for a driver in the chase.
A penilty for Kyle, yes. But there will always be racing incidents that will take out top drivers.
I will be pulling for Denny Hamlin the next 10 races just like I have all season.
And I sure as HEYYELL will be pulling for Kyle Petty and support the VICTORY JUNCTION CAMP.
So if you want to blame someone, blame NASCAR and this dumb axx CHASE.

I think people need to lighten up and realize that things get heated on the track and in the garage. Kyle Petty is a good man and a good driver. Denny is young and a great driver. The good thing about Denny is that he usually apologizes when he is wrong.
If NASCAR penalized everyone for being morons (which everyone is from time to time) then we would have no drivers.
Good luck to all chasers (especially Clint Bowyer!).

I'm sorry but I think Hamlin suck as a person. 35 in points has nothing to do with it. It was the idea that Hamlin thinks he is the ruler of the track and anything he does is OK is what is wrong with the whole thing.
Petty is not the only one who has something bad to say for this jerk.
There was a time that Kyle was a driver to be reckon with. Could win at any time. Those were the days when he drove for Felix Sabates. Felix spent the money and wanted to win and he did. Times were different back then to now and if Hamlin wasn't such a whimpy whiner he wouldn't have sat there and took it and then wait until he had walked away to put on the let me at em show.

The thing is that if Petty were running in a JGR or HMS ride he would more than likely be a competitior. Petty is a good driver like it or not the guy does have some skills when it comes to racing, he has had some rough patches in his life, and I dont think his heart is in racing after the loss of his son. Having said all that Denny is at fault in this one, if he had wrecked J Gordon, or J Johnson everyone would be yelling about how messed up Hamlin is. Remember Montoya and Harvick, think that was more extreme than a slap in the helmet. Hamlin and his fans need to get over it and start getting ready for next year, because he is driving like shrub usually does, and that doesnt bode well for him.

Being 35th in points is not why Kyle got upset with Denny. Denny wrecked Kyle took him out of the race for no reason. Denny has no patience at all. The stupid thing about it is Denny took himself out too.
No Penalties for Kyle Petty!!!!
Go RCR!!!
Go Jeff Burton!!!

Denny Hamlin has hung out with Tony Stewart too long. He blatantly wrecked Kyle Petty.
He needs to grow up.
