Unless the lady is trying to get a job in a bar, or the adult-film industry, leather is unacceptable attire, unless worn on the feet, or as a belt!

If you want the employer to take you seriously, you need to present yourself in a neat, clean, professional manner. If you do not show a modicrum of respect to the employer, you will not receive any from them either.

Depends on the job, a Harley interveiw Possibly. A buisness profession possesion, not so much. Leather pants are more known for partying rather than buisness atire. Do some research on your job under google...
