So in a Christian household your to love your Neighbor. We'll here's the thing, I know a Christian and her neighbor is a sex offender, does she still have to love and respect him as she would herself. She even talks to him, and when out,as friends. I was wondering what you Christians would do.

Christian love is giving to others those things that you would want them to give you if you were in their situation -- and it's doing so even if they can't pay you back. In fact, it's doing so especially if they can't pay you back! Christian love is respect for others. It's mercy. It's charity.

However, love your neighbor as yourself means you can hate his ideas, be annoyed by his talk and his walk, but still love that person. We are commanded to love each other, and we can love each other, because we are not the characters we play, but a soul God created. But Jesus is NOT saying here that it is sinful for one to defend himself and/or his family when being threatened, our to place ourselves or our loved ones in jeopardy.

Law thy neighbor notably
didn't make the young man perfect
who did 6/6 things mentioned: Mt 19,
the 6th being a law from Mt 22:36-40.

Flush law and sex offenders will vanish.

Grace us ppl have no enemies at all,
because they've flushed the enimity(law).

Christ is our peace who abolished the law(enmity).

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

It doesn't matter if they are a sex offender, homosexual, murderer, or just straight up crazy person. We are to love everyone. You have to remember, though we are still sinners and our righteousness to god is as filthy rags, God still loves us more that we can ever imagine, and God is flawless. Now if we take a self examination we will find that we are not perfect. we all have our own sinful nature, though we may not take it to extremes. we still have to love our neighbor, even if we hate the sin they are convicted of.

Yes, we are to love them as well! You know why? Because we are not suppose to judge as to the why? People do some weird things from things which have been done to them! That is why we also must forgive as God knows why they chose to do evil...we do not!

To love your neighbor means you must be willing to forgive them as well.

Yes, the word of GOD saids, you should-love everyone regardless of what they have done. You also must forgive them if you want to be forgiven by GOD. Nevertheless you don't have to trust them and you can love them from a distance.
