AND Envy - they reckon if they gotta abide by archaic laws then so should everyone else.
They're wowsers; a wowser is an ineffably pious person who mistakes this world for a penitentiary and himself for a warder.

Because that person is afraid that if you can act responsibly without having the threat of eternal punishment hanging over your head that it invalidates THEIR belief in their God.
My religion INCLUDES both Gods and PERSONAL responsibility IN THIS LIFETIME for my actions. Even if you do not share my belief in the Divine, you can still act ethically if you recognize your responsiblity for your actions.....
But who am I to question? I'm JUST another person....
