Has anyone ever ordered off of a web site called "TV Planet.com" They say that they sell old TV shows on DVD. I ordered something and paid almost $60.00 bucks and never got it. They are located in Hawaii so I filed a complaint with the BBB. All of a sudden they now vanished off the internet. Has anyone else been scammed by them?

Yup, I'd definitely complain to the BBB and contact the networks that air their programming letting them know you've done this. The BBB will expect you to have tried to resolve the situation instead of just passing it off ... well, at least say you did and that would be good enough.

I did. . . .I ordered a DVD set for my son back in May and didn't receive it. I have a history of back and forth emails with them about the problem and how it was "supposedly" being fixed. I was told my order was processing and now 4 months later, no DVDs, their website is gone, and their customer service email has been deleted.
