Which kinda moss? That which grows on the Tundra or that which grows on trees (Spanish moss) in the southern USA?

Well the caribou and reindeer native to the Arctic feed upon those moss. However, I don't think anything actually eats Spanish moss. You will find lots of insects, bugs, spiders, small birds and mammals and reptiles hiding in it.
