Yes, only use prisons for violent criminals, and bring back the Stocks.
We should re-evaluate what a felony is too, Marijuana charges should not be a felony anywhere. In fact, why is Marijuana even illegal in the first place?

Make it more punitive, longer sentences, sentences based off race work good.
