I've read this several times and I'm still unsure what you're driving at. Am I right in understanding that you committed some sort of offence at work a year ago and it's taken until last Friday to come to resolution? If so, I must say I find that a little difficult to believe. It would help if you could provide some comprehensible details.

I would change your name here perhaps you might be believed a bit better. Sorry young lady but yes the boss sometimes is not fair in this type of work since perhaps the education was lacking as well. I worked in some super markets in Britain as well as Hotels. I found that some supermarkets have badly paid staff, So therefore you employ what you pay for, since all the better paid store attract the better staff.
You will find also the employment law is against you unless you have worked for more than 2 years, which I find a little unfair as well

sometimes complaining is just another attempt to communicate...your mom probably thinks of you as a friend as well as a daughter and is having some trouble with the transition. It can be very frustrating because your an adult and want to be treated as such but your mom wants the dreams she had of a friend when you were just a baby...try this. The next time she get irritated and starts getting angry give her a hug and say I love you mom and see what happens or try doing something together that she likes. It can help alleviate some of the stress and tension. think of it this way if you were to lose your mom tomorrow you would be kicking yourself that you didnt try harder to find some common ground. Time is fleeting and you will only be home for a little while longer so make the most of it...ok I'll stop preaching but you get the idea. Tell the people around you that they mean something to you.

Oregon: Spell check won't help. Spelling appears to be the only thing correct in this collection of words. There is definitely no sentence structure. If the 'charge' is mentioned, I can't find it.
