Most of my friends are in their late 30's. I'll be in my early 40's when my son hits kindergarten. Just as the average age of marriage is rising, so is the average age of having children

Some girls are having babies at age 13 right... and some
women having babies in there sixties - that is a BIG average
17 - 65.
I was 23 and 27 when my two older sons were in kindergarten. My youngest son is 2 and I will be 31 when he is in kindergarten.

I know three sets of parents of kindergartners who are over 40...there is no"average" age. Parents come in all ages...even in their 50s I was 37 when my daughter started kindergarten.
