I am going to escort my first group as a travel agent on a cruise. Does anyone have any fun ideas or sites I can go to that will give me ideas for my group of 40 people. I want us all to have fun and maybe split the group into teams to see who wins the most challenges. Please help me...

A private scavenger hunt is fun. We are doing that with a much smaller group (7-10 people) in December. Works well if you can get crew members to help you out. Its also a great way to get people to learn the ship. For example, print out a list of questions that they have to fill out the answer to but the answers are in different areas of the ship (may require you finding the answers first if you never been on the ship in question). Example questions: What 2 beers can you get as a draft at the atrium bar? How many terminals are in the Internet Cafe? Get a lanyard from the Casino. The team or person with the most right and items by dinner on first sea day wins etc..
