Which method of cooking empanadas do you prefer? Should they be baked or should they be fried? Please give me your opinion! ☺

Always fried, although not healthy, it tasted better, nothing can beat the crunch on the outside, and soft inside. Plus it's cooked much faster.

1) Yes. 2) Yes. 3)Yes. About 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees, though watch them so they don't burn, if shell still doughy, heat for an additional 10 minutes. Baking is better for your heart then frying. Good Luck.

I like them better baked the fried absorb too much oil and tend to open and leak making them a splatter hazard.

Baked with a little brush of milk sprinkled with sugar. I make mine out of pumpkin filling or savory with ground meat and potatoes. You could put just about any thing in them...

I prefer to bake them. Less fat content.
