try checking yourself into Duke University in Tenn. or the Mayo Clinic closet to you. they have so much advancement in medicine. I am sure you would find a doctor at either to help you. They are boyh very good hospitals, that do alot of research and studies. Good luck and best wishes.

Fatigue is an elusive animal to hunt down, but, it can be cured, but only if you want it to be. Doctors don't always have the correct answer, sometimes it comes from your own soul searching and thinking about any triggers or things that have happened in your life that may cause you to feel that way. I, myself, after lengthy doctor visits and tests, discovered that I have a general anxiety disorder, which can't really be diagnosed, its more of a condition than a disease.I had severe fatigue, along with a host of other symptoms, which reared their ugly head at different times. It sounds to me like you have developed a need for medical intervention, a mindset that something physically is wrong with you, when in fact, it might be your own mind working against you. I am sure you have been tested and questioned about depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, pyschotic illnesses, and every known medical condition, so, stop and think, whats left? Could it be that its your own mind? Do you find yourself anxious thinking about it? Do you dwell on being tired all the time or, try to force yourself to take a walk, do things around the house, visit friends and family. Think rationally and search yourself for the answer....its in there somewhere, think positive and never lose hope.....you CAN beat this !!

Maybe your machine needs to be reset because your sleep Apnea has changed for the worst or maybe it's gotten better.
Have yourself retested to see what number your machine should be at and if it's still at the proper setting then it's something else.
Do this:
Avoid sugar, fast foods and anything that comes in a can or a box because those things are not good for you and will make you tired.
Take plenty of Vitamin B supplements (there's different kinds so make sure you take all of them along with other vitamins to make sure your getting what you need.
Drink plenty of fresh bottled water and if you don't want to hassle with buying bottled water then buy a water filter to fit onto your faucet which will clean your water for you.
And exercise, buy a treadmill and use it for about an hour a day and you will start to see a big change in your activity level and if you need a boost of energy to exercise then drink a cup of coffee which is good for you by the way.
Don't go on any weird diets either they're not safe and not good for you instead eat a well balanced meal from each of the main food groups in one serving portions and snack on fresh fruit and veggies throughout the day.
That's all you need and you'll fell better almost instantly.
Good luck and I wish you the best.
Oh and stay away from anti-depressants they'll make you crazy and possibly drive you to commit suicide.
You'll want to fix your problem not make it worse.

Several things could cause this issue,
I have found that the following issues will cause or seriously contribute to your kind of problem.
First, do you snore when you sleep?
Next, are you under an extreme amount of stress ( outside the sleep issue? )
Next do you exercise or take regular walks of over 1/2 mile or better every other day or so?
Next what if any drugs are you taking?
Let me make some suggestions in order.
First sleep, it has been found that overweight people can have a problem sleeping due to lack of oxygen at night, (not so much for thin people ) due to the weight of their necks closing off the air supply when laying down.
You can experiment by laying in a semi-upright position and see if that helps your sleep and consequently your fatigue.
( I have a thin friend that this helps with too, so even if you are thin it is worth a try. )
That experiment also helps if you have an acid reflux issue too.
Next, stress is well known for that problem. There are several ways to alleviate that, so I will just mention a few.
going for a walk every day or two works for me, I usually take them with a friend and we talk about what ever is on our mind ( usually the problem we are having at the time ) I have found that this allows my body to get its exercise and my mind to work out the problems, even if I don't get an answerer I have gone through the problem (s) with someone else to listen and maybe offer suggestions.
This also helps with not getting enough exercise, your body really needs to get the blood pushed around to all your extremities and that is the best way to do so.
The last issue is drugs, I don't like them I thing they cause more problems than they help and they cost money, but you could get a prescription for something that will help with depression, or what ever your particular issue is, even just lack of sleep by sleeping pills.
I say again I don't like the drugs method, and strongly recommend it LAST.
Walks and good healthy sleep. Try to get at least 6-8 hrs. sleep a night. 8hrs is best for you.
I realize that this is not anywhere near a full or even good answer but it is cheap and easy way to check and maybe fix your problem.
hope this helps.

I have been reading some very good answers to your problem.
One thing I would check before you do anything major. I would call my regular doctor and ask what my blood pressure was when you were feeling fine. Then check what it is now.
It might not be to low for your doctor to set off an alarm but your body may have a change. Only your body can determine what is to low. If your blood pressure has had a significant drop since you started feeling this change, that could be part of the problem.
Also check your blood pressure standing sitting and laying down.
Your blood pressure should drop if you lay down.
If your blood pressure goes up when you lay down that may explain why you do not rest and why you feel better sitting then standing and doing things.
This is something pretty simple you can check out with out costing so much before you go into something more expensive.

I take it that your CPAP machine has been corretly adjusted for your condition. Mine took 3 or 4 different pressure settings to get it right and the difference was evident within days. Did you feel the benefit of the machine just after you got it and it's worn off? Did you never feel the benefit? Have your circumstances changed i.e. put on weight, that would require your machine settings to be changed? I know how frustrating this can be, I've had sleep apnoea all my life and was diagnosed when I was 53. The difference is life changing.
Good luck and hope this helps.

You might have cfs.
Check out this links.

Also, if you can not work, you can get a lawyer who specializes in disability cases so that you can get disability checks. i think you have to be out of work for a year and be so ill that you can't work a full 12 months without having to go out sick.
Could you be depressed? Are you going through the change? Do you have anemia? Do you have G6pd and maybe taking asprin or eating fava beans? Have they checked you for lupus? Is there anything wrong with you teeth, gums, ears, or sinuses. You could have TMJ and be waking up at night because of the grinding. What about allergies or asthma? Are you in a new environment? could it be insulation or some type of building material that is causing your illness. Is there any type of mold in your home or place of employment?
Try the diagnostic site listed below, or maybe one that you have tried before. I hope you get better soon.

This sounds like a very frustrating situation. I don't have any great insight, but have you considered that the fatigue may be caused at least partly by depression? Antidepressants like Wellbutrin can really make a big difference in people that have no energy due to depression.
