Buy a can of tennis balls.
With a screwdriver, make a hole in the middle of a tennis ball. Take a cigarette or lighter, burn the opening so it enlarges the hole, to the size of a penny.
Next, put the hole side of the tennis ball firmly over the door lock.
Push really hard against the ball until it unlocks the door.
The vacuum forces the car lock to unlock
Do the same thing to the other tennis balls & carry them in your second or third vehicles or give one to a friend after a demo.

I don't own a Corrolla, and have never owned one, but these are my guesses. My first guess is the car may be on a winter setting for warming the air going into the air filter / carburator. I had a problem like this once and I didn't think that the winter setting would have caused a problem, but the problem didn't reoccur when the air was placed on summer mode. Another thought is this might be a problem with the engine overheating, so check the water in the radiator and that the radiator fan is starting up when the engine has been idling for a while. Lastly, check around the engine for loose electrical connections, especially around the fuel pump and the ignition system. If this is the problem, you will find one of the connections is just touching the contact, so sometimes if moves away and causes the engine to stall.

like josh suggested block the exhaust , like stick a potato in the tail pipe considering the exhaust is air tight like no holes in the muffler etc. it wont take long before it will stall out but you still have to get into the vehicle or your battery will go dead and you may damage some of the electric components to do with the ignition . PS hahahaha This is also a good trick to play on someone if you do this when a vehicle isn't running the vehicle wont start or wont run long - trick or treat hahaha

No way other than to crawl underneath and find the fuel lines coming from the tank---if they connect to a section of rubber hoses going forward to the engine compartment, you could try crimping the hoses shut with a pliers or visegrips one at a time (until you get the one for fuel pressure) to starve the fuel to the engine---it will stall and die but still be turned on for ignition which shouldn't hurt for a little while.

You can cut the wires to the fuel pump, if you can get to them. Most of the fuel pumps are in the gas tank, but there should be a wiring harness that follows down the tank and runs to the fuse box and CPU.

Block the exhaust... plug it! The engine will stall.
I've read the other answers, GOOD ANSWER for cutting fuel pump wires or crimping fuel line hose.
About Tennis balls, once you unlock the one door, use the other balls to unlock the other doors! hahaha, what bunch of crap.. that will never work, don't wast your time.
