It happens more that you know! That lonely feeling sets in, everyone else seems to be dating but you. So to fill that void you go back to dating the ex. Then your back to square one, and you then start to remember why they became a ex in the first place. So the answer is yes! it happens. Is it wise????????????

Yes, but only if he had a plan and was willing to listen to me in order to make the relationship better. I would give whatever I could to give him what he needs in return. If there is anger blocking our connection, I would have to work with him to resolve that.
Too many times, relationships fall apart because there's not enough useful communication problems get shoved under the rug, or nobody takes responsibility instead of fault finding or blaming. If people were willing to make the necessary changes, things could get fixed and relationships could heal from just about any trauma.

Yes. People change sometimes. We grow up. Situations change. It's a possibility. Time heals all wounds as they say. But you probably won't forget the reason you broke up before so it would take some extra effort in the forgive and forget department.

Yes I have and I think that if the ex didn't hurt you when you split, you should date them again if you got the chance

yes, but with caution. if i dated them again and the same sort of pattern that caused us problems before showed their tell-tale signs, that would be the end of trying that again

MAYbe, under very unusual circumstances. It rarely works out, though.
