No. You're half-sister. Stepsisters is when your parents married someone else and that person has their own kids.

You're half sisters cause you both share a mother. You'd be stepsisters if you each came from completely different parents and they divorce and let's say your mom married her dad or vice versa.

She's your half sister. Step-siblings are, for example say if either you Mum or Dad married another person with kids of their own, then you'd have step-siblings.
Myself and my brother also have different fathers but we've grown up together throughout our lives so it doesn't make a huge difference. As far as I'm concerned he is my little brother.

Your father's infants by ability of girls who're no longer your mom are your 0.5-sisters. Step-sisters could be in the experience that your mom married a guy who isn't your father and who had infants by ability of yet another woman.

Half-sisters.
If both of you have a diffferent mom and dad and they have you, and then one of your parents got married to the other, then you are step-sisters. But if you both have the same biological mom or dad then you are half-sisters.
