Why don't eggs taste like chicken?

ive always wondered this question, and every body i ask have no idea. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

because they have not hatched and turned into chickens yet. they have no meat, bones or feathers. they have not formed into chickens yet. I hope this helps.

When you eat an egg you are eating the same thing that feeds/nourishes a developing chick. You are not eating an undeveloped chick. Have you ever seen a day old chick or other type of bird? If you look at their navel you can often see yolk in their belly. This is why they can go a day or two without eating right after hatch and why there's no yolk in the egg when they hatch. It's not because the yellow blob transformed into a chick - it was food for the itty bitty fertilized speck on the yolk that became the chicken.

well, i do know that when raising chickens, you can throw your scraps out and they will eat them. if you do not want them to taste garlic in your eggs, do not throw out food with garlic in them. as for not tasting like a chicken? well...I betcha if you let the egg sit for a few days, out will come that tasty little chicken. (laughs)
