Coffee Cup Free HTML Editor is a good choice for someone
just starting out.No knowledge of HTML needed. but allows you to learn HTML if you want.Best of all it is free.Why spend a lot of money until you see if web building is for you.Just use your favorite search engine to find and download.Then have fun
