what's the best thing for me to do? my brothers beat me up, punch my head and later laugh at me. my dad used to do the same to me, now he stopped and they're carrying on after him. both the brothers are 10 years older to me. my mother see all this but never does anything about it. what's the best thing for me to do? im sick of being bullied by my family

Talk to your father. He obviously was the culprit for why they act this way towards you. He instilled the behavior in them and he should be the one responsible for stopping/correcting it.

This is a classic example of abusive behavior being taught to subsequent generations.
Talk to your mother first. Tell her that if she doesn't stop all of this abuse, you WILL do something about it.
Talk to the counselors at school. They know how to navigate the social services agencies. File charges if you have to.
Understand that your brothers are bullies and all bullies are chickens... when you stand up to them and get help, they will probably back off.
In the meantime, find friends who will provide a safe haven. Study with them. Stay overnight as much as possible just to subtract yourself from the situation.

Get someone to take you to the local law enforcement agency and file a report of abuse. You can also request foster home care to get you away from them. They are nothing but bullies, and your mother is pathetic.

find a way to get back at em, without room for retaliation from them. think of a clever way to sabotage them, you mastermind, you. have you ever seen 'homewrecker' hosted by ryan dunn on mtv??? well.... he's got the best prank ideas. good luck, and if all else fails... call the police

unfortunately your dad "taught" your brothers how to act just by them observing your dad and how he treated you. why don't you tell your dad what your brothers are doing and that you feel they are doing it because they saw you do it and would you now please make them stop? otherwise, you feel you have no choice but to go to your school counselor and tell because you really don't know what else to do about it. and if you tell your school counselor, he/she should be able to direct you on what to do regarding whether to call social services or what. good luck
