If you don't have your W-2s, IRS can supply them or you can retain a professional to secure replacements and prepare your returns. What do you want to do

You can get copies of your W-2s from your employers. The IRS may or may not be able to supply copies.

Any returns with a refund due prior to the 2004 tax year are lost forever; there's a 3 year time limit on requesting refunds. However, any years with a balance due remain open because you have not yet filed.

Penalties and interest will continue to accrue until you file and pay any balance due. There are no Federal penalties for late filing if you have a refund coming though a few states do levy penalties for late filing even when a refund is due.

You can download the forms and instructions for the years in question from the IRS website. Ditto for any state returns if your state has an income tax. If your income is strictly from wages it's really not worth going to a pro but that is an option if you wish.

Contact a CPA. S/he will take all the information you have and submit a return for last year.
Any pertinent information for past years will be helpful.
For any year that you did not owe taxes, no penalties will apply. Any that you did/do owe will carry penalties and interest.

You can ask your employer or former employers for replacement W-2's.

If you did not owe, then you still do not. There is no penalty or interest for late filing if you would not have owed any money if you had filed on time.
