My parents are divorced and I live with my dad and stepmom.My 5 yr old sister lives with my mom and stepdad..My mom is very mentally and verbally abusive to me so I dont want to go over on weekends but I really want to see my sister..what do I do when I hate my stepdad and dont want to be around my mom but want to see my sister?

You mom is probably angry at you for living with your dad and stepmom. Don't take it too personally. In time, she'll get over it.
As for your sister, arrange to take her out of the house to spend time with her. Ask your mom in advance if it's okay if you take her like to the park, zoo, movies, etc.

I am sorry that you are having to deal with this and in this question you do not say how old you are now. If you are living with your father he would to me be the logical person to talk to about this situation and I am sure that he will be understanding if you just open up to him. That is if you haven't already! Let him be the one to handle this situation for you as no child should have to contend with an abusive parent whether it be verbal or mental. Good Luck To You!

Can't your sister visit you insted. Or see if you two can go to the park for a while then hang out with her but after call Dad and go back to your own house at night.

How old are you? If you are old enough to drive, then pick you sister up and make a day of visiting her.
Have you and your mom have the kind of relationship where you can talk to each other?
If so, have a talk with her and explain how you feel.
Or if possible, see if she will agree to a family counseling session, maybe that will open her eyes.

It is very sweet of you to want to see your little sister, You will probably be the person she will look to as she grows up. Is it possible for you to just spend the day with her and go back to your Dad's for over-night?

Well probably your mom is experiencing Mid Life crisis..It really is annoying and pisses me off all the time...This stage of their life is probably the worst..because they are always mad, nervous, don't want to be messed around with and a lot more..I'm also experiencing this right now..What I do is just ignoring it.But sometimes I can't take all the yells inside the house..Best thing to do is to just stay away from them or better do your job that she wants you to do.

That sweetheart IS abuse. and that's terrible of your mom to handle you like that It does no longer remember if she does issues for you or no longer! NO EXCUSE to speak to absolutely everyone like that much less your man or woman baby! i might never take care of my young infants like that and that they have got disillusioned me a great deal until eventually now! :) s it achieveable so which you would be able to stay inclusive of your father (if he's a robust father of course) or stay with somebody else for a mutually as so your mom could make issues better out? confident on your mothers protection perchance you would be a brat sometimes (ALL young infants could be at one time or yet another) yet nonetheless no longer actual for her to assert something like what she is asserting!
