I'd avoid the muscle milk. I had some once and 30 minutes later I was RUNNING for the bathroom.

You'll be fine with the creatine. You can use a meal replacement shake, like Myoplex, instead of the Muscle Milk.

Use only the muscle milk for the time being.

Add the creatine when you hit a plateau in your workouts (if you stop gaining muscle)
Creatine usage is 1 month on 1 month off.

After that, just continue working out, until you hit another plateau.
Change to a different workout routine. (change workout routines every 3 months to prevent a plateau)

It comes down what you are willing to put in the gym, you hit it hard and you will get rewarded. If you plan to go in there for 20 minutes, lift something light. Do not expect huge gains.

Also, eat in a protein rich environment. Chicken breast, lean cut red meats, etc.

Take muscle milk before and after your workout.

I take it 3-4 times a day:
Upon waking up
Before/After workout
Before bed + sugar free peanut butter

Absolutely! Cycle the creatine, your body will get used to it. This is a winning combination.
