You can google for al yankovic and lyrics together to see. Other than that its a big clown show. Not sure if a 7 year old will quite get all the funniness of it. It also tends to be kinda loud (lots of rock and roll) so you might not want to sit too close to the stage

Absolutely. I found it to be very rated G, there were many children that age there. With the exception of any self esteem issues around the "I'm Fat" song or the fact that "Like a Surgeon" is a parody of "virgin", I can think of nothing else questionable. Also, apparently if you are a true Wierd Al fan, you wear Hawaiian shirts to the show. I felt quite out of place without one so pick up some flowered shirts before the gig.

Absolutely, especially if your kids know the songs he's making parodies of. Those songs tend to be on the PG-13 side, Al's G rated. His shows are great, I saw him when I was in college. It was a really fun time. By all means, go, enjoy :)
