He also knew and teached people about the only God.
Doesn't make sence to me if he pray on himself.

If you read the bible the word trinity will not be found.

It was a way for people to rationalize something that simply cannot be understood.

Take the story for what it is...God revealing himself in the flesh through Jesus Christ. But even back in his day, people doubted that he was the Son of God.

Search your heart, read some books, and build your own relationship with God. That's what he wants more than anything else.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. s recorded in the Bible, Jesus prays many times to God, the Father. I would be in agreement with you. It does not make sense for Christ to be praying to himself. Also, when Christ becomes baptized by John the Baptist, a voice out of Heaven declares, "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." (Matthew 3:17) It would not make sense either that Christ would be "well pleased" with himself. It is god the Father speaking about his Son, Jesus Christ.

Jesus is a God. His Father is a God and the one we worship. They are not the same beings, but separate. The Holy Ghost is also a separate being and a God.

Jesus did not pray to himself. He prayed to God, the Father.

I am a human, my father was a human, but we are not the same human.

Jesus was emptied and He definitely prayed to the part of Him that was the Greater Part who He called God the Father.
A few times He prayed and He even told the Father it was for man's sake that He said what He said. However, in the Garden of Gethsemene before the crucifixion He was talking to the Greater Part of Him which was the Father. Don't forget the other part is the Holy Spirit.

The only way you can see God the Father is to see Jesus. The other part of Jesus is a consuming fire that you burn up in His presence.

The Bible says the Father is Spirit and consuming fire.

Jesus was just a prophet...and when he was refered to as lord it was a term refering to a high standing man. God was his father as God is everyones father. He and you and I are all the children of God. There are alot of confused Christians today, but it is very easy to follow Jesus. Now today, Good fortune is associated with God, but God would never give you money or poof things into existence. Jesus says to be like him you must follow him and leave everything behind. Jesus only asked that you loved him and everyone else as God and he loved you.

i get a headache trying to make sense of some of these answers. Jesus, miracle birth, just like creation of adam. He is not God, or son of God, 1/3 of God. He prayed to God. simple, no confusion, no mind numbing explanations.

Jesus is the only begotten Son of Jehovah God.

Jesus is not equal to God, but is God's son. The trinity is not even in the Bible and is from false doctrine.

He was not God, but a "smaller" god if you will.

John Chapter 1, vs. 1 - 3:
In the beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god. This one was in [the] beginning with God. All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence.

God's name is Jehovah. Jesus' name is well, Jesus. He is the only begotten son of God.

Jesus always said that "My father is greater than me but you pray in my name; in Jesus name".

Jesus also said: "Only my father knows the time and the day. Not even I know", meaning Armageddon.

It's like saying "Hi, you are a spitting image of your mother". Or, "There goes Samuel; you can talk to him because it's like talking to his dad. You know the message will get to his dad".

Or when you see Tammy you see her mom because they are like to peas in a pod, e.g.

Trust..

"God" is the only "God";
This is spoken from your perspective, and what would prohibit another personality, from another "time" and culture to see "God" from a different view, give "him" a "sex" and "name" and elect to "worship" that "God" in a way their culture elected to?

Or, does "God" belong only to Christians or Muslims nowdays?

Each religion will lay claims to a concept they know litle about. I say little as most appear to drown in their prespectives as if their truth were "our truths".

Jesus was many personalities at other "times and places in history; call him Buddah as others did, call him Allah as others do...

There is no difference but culturasl interpretations.

Jesus represents Truth, and "Christ" was representitive of that perfect Uniuon between man and God.

All symbolic teachings for true personalities that elected, by choice, to educate.
