If it just started cramping, keep your limbs straight for at least 10 sec. When going to bed, do some stretches. Make to have some potassium to reduce the chance.

potassium does help you also should breathe while you excersice and stretch before during and after excercising.

you need more potassioum if you get cramps regularly. Eat banannas or take a supplement. it will help.
