Is there a law against breeding dogs???? Just wondering why all the negativity about people who do. I guess everyone is technaclly a backyard breeder so to speak right? I have kennels for my two dogs and I take them to the vet regularly, I now have puppys for sale and thought I would place an ad on here i did not know you were not alloud to but everyone must need a nerve pill today or something cause omg i voilated a rule. My dogs are akc registered adn i did just recently have my dogs both checked for hp but have not heard anything from yet. The breeder where i purchaced my dog had a site on the internet that is how i found my pet, so what is wrong with selling animals on the net???????? No i will not just sell the pups to just anyone, SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ?????????????? oh by the way i really dont care if i misspelled some words.

Check your city ordinances to see if they ban breeding of dogs.
Personally, I think you should take ads out in your local paper as opposed to selling online.
There are too many scammers online ripping people off selling puppies to make it easy.

No, not everyone is a backyard breeder. You are WRONG. Sounds like you want to justify your actions here.
Just because someone has one dog they choose to do a proper breeding and have a litter does NOT mean they are a backyard breeder.
A backyard breeder does not show their dogs in CONFORMATION to prove their dogs are of proper standard and worthy of breeding in the first place.
A backyard breeder is not a member of their breed club.
A backyard breeder does not bother working their breed in the area that breed was specifically bred for originally.
A backyard breeder DOES NOT study pedigrees before breeding.
A backyard breeder DOES NOT do OFA testing BEFORE BREEDING their dogs.
A backyard breeder doesn't have a waiting list for their puppies with more people waiting for a puppy than there will actually be puppies available.
A backyard breeder advertises on the Internet and in various forums to unload puppies, often way too young.
A backyard breeder doesn't research their breed or breeding or whelping litters.
A backyard breeder gets the dogs they breed from other backyard breeders, pet stores and/or puppy mills on line. A reputable breeder would NEVER allow breeding rights to someone who was a novice and had no experience without having a hand in it.
A backyard breeder is NOT the same as a reputable HOBBY BREEDER, who might have one litter available on rare occasion. If you purchased your dog off the internet, without seeing the breeders home, then it's very likely your dog came from a puppy mill.

Ofcourse vaccinations etc are important when buying a puppy, but the dogs pedigree and bloodlines is of more importance to me.
I would never buy a puppy without doing back ground research on the breeder and kennel, the dam and sires bloodlines help determine the dogs temperament.
People have issues with breeders because alot are out there just to make a quick buck where as some of us are responsible dog owners who want safe healthy dogs for companions for us and our kids or we want to show dog them.
So responsible dog owners need responsible dog breeders who love the breed and not just the money!

There are a lot of people that are over zealous when it comes to BYB (back yard breeders). The problem that a lot of them have is that most BYB aren't as responsible as you are. They basically have a female in heat that they get pregnant by some other dog that they might not know. They don't do proper testing for defects in the dam and sire.
There is such a thing as a hobby breeder which is a little different. It actually sounds like you are more of a hobby breeder than a BYB. It means you actually have the testing done for defects and you are responsible about breeding.
Some of these over zealous people think that there are too many dogs that needs homes so no one should be breeding animals...
Personally, I think responsible hobby breeders are just as respectable as full time breeders.
Good luck with the puppies!
As a side note...
Websites like craigslist don't allow postings for pets for sale because of CA state laws (where the web host is). You should be able to post in your local paper

Nope.. I breed dogs.. have for years.
You cannot have checked your dogs for HD as your b*tch is not yet 2 years of age. (what is hp?) http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkBUko34BYDZ2NHscpOTG1bty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070905140317AATexoO
No.. we have nothing against breeders.. we do have issues with people who are uneducated breeding dogs.
I have no issues with selling dogs on the internet as long as you properly screen potential owners. I do have some concerns over your animosity rather than utilizing some of the vast experience of people here. How do YOU plan on preventing these pups you've produced from being puppymilled? What are the hip scores of your dogs parents? (if you have their registered names you can look them up).
What we're doing is attempting to educate you. While you may not appreciate that... you may want to listen and learn. High quality Sibes from well-bred and health-screened parents sell for $1000 to $1500. Did you know that?
You'll probably be reported again for ranting... you may wish to read the community guidelines.

I'm pretty sure that there's no law, it's just that placing ads on here is against the set of rules they have. x/ there are websites specifically for placing ads for puppies, you should take a look at some of those to try to get your pups homes.

Shouldn't your dogs have been tested BEFORE you started breeding? Do you show your dogs? Are you part of your local Siberian Husky club? Also, shouldn't a RESPONSIBLE breeder already have good homes lined up for the puppies BEFORE they are born???? Just curious.....

growing to be up at Lake Tahoe I had a husky. We used to come across him outdoors asleep interior the decrease back backyard in a snow flow in the course of the iciness. we can make him are available in at nighttime, yet otherwise, he had to be outdoors even as there replaced into snow on the floor. in the adventure that your canine is an out of doors canine in the course of the iciness (even only in the course of the days), all he needs is a canine residing house or someplace to get out of the wind and rain or snow. he's were given a tremendous number of organic insulation in that coat of his.
