it works very well for me. you need to take it every day though, and it takes a week or two to kick in. so just have it out where you get ready in the morning and give each nostril a blast every day. you'll see benefits in two weeks or so if its going to help with your situation

There are several that work just as well...nasonex, vancenase, etc. The person who recommended ocean is right on target. The mdecines can have a bad effect over a long time of use (I have suffered with alleriges for over 20 years). My nose will bleed if I use it now every night. Another option would be to use the breathe rights (those strips on your nose). The best metthod that my allergist has suggested for my family is to flush your sinuses. It sounds gross but it really works. Get a Nasaline. It has helped everyone. It has step by step instructions. It keeps your sinuses clear and clean. It really has saved us from so many infections. We suffer from chronic sinus infections. I hope you can get some relief soon!

nasonex worsk well too, but try this for a safer way to resolve your problem" purchase a bottle of "ocean spray" fro the store. It is 100 % safe as it is made up of purified water and ocean salt. use it 6-8 times everyday in each nostril. It will alleviate swelling, dryness and help prevent alleries too. I have severe allergies and was addicted to nose sprays to the point that i damaged my nose/sinus badly. I had to have surgery to fix the damage. Since then I have used ocean spray regularly and have seen a 85% improvement with out medicines. If you need too, use some of those nose strips that help you breath better at night until the ocean spray gets it under control.

Yes, i use nasonex every night, follow the dose, doctor tells you and most important you have to use it daily even though you feel better, otherwise it will not work. It is better used before going to sleep.
