1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded

Simmer the wings in just enough water to cover in a wide shallow skillet. When they are very tender, take them out of the broth and put onto a platter.
Add Frank's Hot sauce to the broth along with some butter and a dash of Worcestershire. Simmer down until it gets very, very thick.
Add the wings back to the broth. Carefully turn the wings to completely coat.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

I LIVE IN BUFFALO!

BEST WAY-
Notes:
-Always use fresh chicken wings and little drumsticks.
-Use deep fryer and clean canola or peanut oil.
-Dry chicken well before frying.

1) Place chicken in fryer and let cook for roughly 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Time will vary with size of fryer, size of wings along with some other factors. Make sure the wings are floating at the surface before pulling up fryer basket. I like my wings really crispy, so I cook them longer.
2) Shake fryer basket to remove excess oil. Let stand for a few seconds in basket to remaining oil drip off.
3) Get a large bowl and add your favorite hot sauce.
My favorite is Frank's Hot Sauce. If you want milder wings, heat up the hot sauce in a pan on low-medium heat and add a few pads of butter and thoroughly mix sauce and butter.
4) Carefully dump wings into sauce in the bowl and toss carefully with tongs.
5) Serve chicken wings hot with celery/carrots/blue cheese.

take your wings, dredge them in flour and deep fry. (You can partially bake the wings first if you want to). ONce they are cooked, mix equal parts of margarine and Franks Red Hot Sauce. (If you want the wings spicier, use less margarine) and mix the wings in the mixture.
Important: Make sure the wings are crispy, but not over cooked.
