They will be varied. The couple of weeks around Spring Break they will be close to holiday/extended hours. That is 8 or 9am to 11pm or 12midnight every day for Disneyland. California Adventure will be open from 10am to about 8 or 9pm each night.
During the rest of the month Disneyland will be about 10am-8pm Monday-Thurs, 9am-10/11pm Friday and Sunday, 8am-11/12midnight Saturday. California Adventure will open at 10am every day and close between 6&9pm.
Basically the longer the hours the more crowds they expect.
