hey darling nothing to be afraid of
i was about 16 when the exact same thing happened to me!! It is depression it maynot be severe but there our different levels!! I denied i was for so long things got to the stage where i wouldn't leave my house!!
Im 17 now and on wednesday i finished up with my therapist!! I'm still getting monthly checks with my other therapist but i am so much happier in life!
Like i thought i was stupid because i was crying over nothing etc!!
So my advice to you is go to your local G.P explain how your feeling!!
I'd advise going on an antidepressant they really really helped me get my life back on track i take lexapro currently on 15mg!! But soon to be reduced!!
IM me or message me if you need anything i'm here to help i can only share my experience and help others!!

You sound like a regular 16 year old girl to me...no offense, but you guys are the moodiest bunch of people out there. Don't worry, though, I was a moody 16-year-old girl once too. If it's really messing with you or getting in the way of your life and relationships, you might want to talk to the school counselor, who may then refer you to a therapist. Or, have you tried talking to your mom or dad? Maybe they can help you out.

Have you had any changes like moving or marriages in the family or stuff like that lately. if so, it could be your mind adjusting to that. If i were you I would get a doctors appointment and talk to him about it, it could be depression. I've had depression since I was 8, it feels a lot better when you are on medication to regulate it.
