pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds are examples of edible seeds... Just thinking what was on the bagel I had this morning. :-)
Of course, flour is made from wheat seed and corn meal is made from a corn seed.

Well the ones i can think of is Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds & Poppy seeds
