I have had hayfever for 2 weeks and the antihistamines are getting rid of the symtoms yet my nose is still kinda out of shape. Does anyone else have the same problem and what can I do? How long will it be before it's back to normal? My nose is red raw inside in one nostril.

hello, simple answer is this, your nasal receptors had a reaction to whatever caused the hay fever and the antihistamines will deal with that, the nose being swollen is a result of the nasal blood vessels swelling which is a normal reaction and should reduce within a fortnight,

yes, nasal tissue can cause some nasal swelling. I suggest trying Mucinex as its a mucus thinner and works wonderful for me. Also look and try some of the nasal saline flushes to get crud out of the tissues and help the healing.
