There are some French sounds in there that don't exist in English (eu in peux), but it's something like

ess-kuh zh' per? (accent on ess and per)

Hi, Actually, are you talking about keeping a person? I'm not quite sure of the context, but in French, the verb "garder" can also mean "babysitting". So it will depend of the context. The English pronunciation would be something like this: - "Es", like in "bESt" - "Ce", like in "CErtain" (but with a tight-lipped English accent) - "Ka", the "a" pronounced like "A door" - "Ja", the "a" pronounced like "A door" - "Peu", like "PLUrial", but without the first "L" - "Voo", "V" like "Victory" and "OO" like "fOOtball" - "Garder", like "Gard-ey" What you might actually want to do, is install a Text-to-Speach engine. Microsoft has one for free, and you can pronounce the words you want. Good luck!

ess kuh zhuh peu?

the "uh" aren't really like "uh" but maybe closer to an "oo."
the "eu" is a front vowel with lips rounded, like say "eh" but round the lips
