Sorry I an not help you with the Lowes pay rate. I know a couple of Vendors that work in the Lowes and they are paid $9 to $12 per hour.
Vegas just came in as the 5th highest average salary city in he country. Those numbers just came out last month. The avg. pay in Las Vegas was $57,000 per year.
