What should i do move or stay I will make more money and a better job offer please help me with my decision.

Your kids can always come stay on weekends and during the summer. They will love being upstate. You get to be the fun parent.
The single best thing you can do for yourself and your kids is to continue to educate yourself and advance your career.
What happens if their father dies and you are alone to support the kids?
The added security in advancing your development matters to everyone depending on you.

children need mom to be around. they are more important than the money from a better job. you don't even know that once you get upstate if you'll like the job, or they will like you for that matter. i'd rather look for work where my kids are, so even if i get a job i don't like, all i have to do is look for another. no one gets disrupted but me. you seemed to answer the question yourself when you said i don't want to leave them behind. so, i say don't. you stay close to them. good luck in whatever you decide.

Everything in life doesn't come down to the job and the money. People are much more important than those things. How far away would you be?

It is much more important to have a relationship with your children. Money is replaceable, you can never get back your time with your children.
I think you need to get your priorities in order. Children should always come first!

If you have to ask, maybe you should go because your kids would be better off without a mom who isn't sure if her kids are her top priority.
