Why can't we let go and quit the drama....?

You need to evaluate the relationship and decide if it's causing too much negativity in your life. If it seems "he wont change" or "why does it always have to be so hard", it might be time to let go.
Life is too short to have someone make you miserable. Some people just love drama, and you deserve someone who "gets" you.

The drama is real, very real. Some people are more sensitive than others and just can not let go of it. And it is more than just your emotions. Heart felt emotions and all the complicated feelings we go through are indicators of real things that take place in our minds and in our spirits.
As spiritual beings we undergo transformations as a result of our relationships. Just like chocolate can sometimes cause body skin rash or swollen bumps which indicates that something wrong is going on deep inside the body so do our emotional states and our feelings indicate that spiritually we have done something wrong. Even though, there is no one to be blamed for what has happened.

Love can be SO confusing, even an ex-love is confusing. It is all the emotions that get in the way of logical decisions.

cuz u still love him. it takes a while before that pain will go away. everyone goes through it ur not the only one in the world. it took me 7 months to get over my ex and then i met a wonderful guy and i diff. over him. u'll find someone better

I know it's hard (been there / done that)..you are just going to have to totally cut the strings and cut him completely out of your life.

not to sound like im pointing fingers but did you guys have sex? cuz when people have sex myself included it makes breakups harder. for me it made them very nasty and bitter. it makes it hard to let go and leave that person because you have a connection with that person. plus you also dont want to leave because you feel secure with that person. they know you and what you like and dont like. you dont want to go through the beginning stages all over again.
