I was just watching TV and it just cut off and will not come back on.

well, first u have to troubleshoot it.
so if u are asking the question here I would say u need professional help.
BUT, first check the power cord and the outlet and maybe a circuit breaker on the set.
Make sure u didn't sit on the remote to make it go off.

then call the man or woman.
