Yes, it is called a pregnancy spay. They take the kittens out, along with the tubes, and uterus.

You need to have the cat spayed.

Have your cat spayed.

Have your cat spayed.

As for the loose minded person " Let the kittens live!" Well honey, for every pet that has kittens that no one wants, they usually end up as strays, or dead in a shelter.

For every pet that dies in a shelter, it is SOMEONES FAULT. It is not the animal control officer who is injection them with euthanasia, it is the person who is not responsible enough to have their pet spayed/ neutered.

You speak in a different tone when you work in shelters.

Yes, but only if you spay your cat. With the removal of her uterus, the fetuses will also be removed. This is not a "change your mind" situation. Once she's spayed, she's spayed, and there's no turning back to let her have kittens later. Also, some vets may prefer not to perform the surgery past a certain point so you should get moving!

Yes. A vet can abort a pregnancy in the process of spaying the cat. It should cost about the same as spaying, about 60 to 100 dollars depending on where you live. Your local animal shelter can point you to the most economical provider.

Yes. The vet can do the spay and take the fetuses at the same time. Better than to have a bunch more unwanted kittens now or in the future.

Everyone that has mentioned the spay is correct. This should be done ANYWAY because if this is at least the second time your cat has gotten pregnant and you don't want to have to deal with kittens, you should not give your cat the option of having them. Please spay your cat.

Why?

You Can Give the Kitties Away To a Shelter, To friends or Family, And You Can Sell them.

Please Let These Little Kitties have A Life!

Well, I understand the way that they all die but wouldn't it be a bit unfair taking her kittens away from her

Why? Just give the kittens to a shelter! I am more than positive that they will gladly take them in.

I doubt that. Go and get her fixed after she has the kitties and when the kitties are weaned give them away.
