I was just wondering if it's ok for a Buddhist to drink alcohol, I've heard mixed opinions on it so are Buddhists allowed to drink alcohol at all or just in moderation? Someone help me! (I am a Buddhist btw :D)

As an former Zen Buddhist I would say yes, you can, as long as its not with then intention of getting drunk (willingly harming ones body). Enjoying drink is OK when knowing when to stop.

Guidelines vary from person to person, and sect to sect. As a Zen Buddhist, I still drink, but not a lot.
