Jehovah God never came down to this Earth. Jesus Christ did a long time ago. By doing that, he died for us so that we can live forever on a Paradise Earth. His presence also proves that Jehovah God exists.

Most of the Greek and Roman gods did so.
Also most of the Hindu gods too.
The Chinese god were willing to come down and mingle as well.
The Abrahamic god only appears to his chosen select, or vicariously.

Jesus, Zeus, Jupiter, Thor -- you name a God, I can scare up a reference to his appearance.
Then again, there are more sightings of Elvis after his death than there are of Jesus -- so we might have some new gods.

God came down as Jesus. Proof is relative. If you believe, then you believe. Something can be right in front of your face and you won't believe it... so it all depends on what "proof" you want.
