That sounds incredible! I think I'd want a Cajun cream sauce with it.

I pour a white sauce over the chicken and cover the dish before I bake it. It picks up the taste of the chicken and becomes a delicious gravy! I also use a couple tablespoons of it in the stuffing mixture.
To make white sauce, melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour until smooth, then gradually stir in 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup milk . Or, use 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup dry white wine, instead of a full cup of chicken broth. Bring all to a boil; boil, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside while you're fixing the crab stuffing. Once the chicken is stuffed, pour the sauce over the top, cover it and bake.

Maybe like a sort of coronation chicken texture, only using yoghurt and curry powder and some herbs. Sounds like an adventurous meal good luck!

you should probably make some kind of an alfredo sauce or creme sauce but if you want this light or healthy you should use a tomato sauce
