i have eaten 2 quorn sausages cooked in sunflower oil, some potatoes cooked tossed in olive oil with lemon juice and frozen peas. my question is how many calories are in the oil? without it i have worked out my meal was about 320 calories, i have rounded this up to about 400, do you think this would be a correct estimate?

I think you've rounded it up pretty well, but I would go with something like 450 just to be sure. xx
