Wrong !
God created all people, right ? And God created us as individuals, right ? and God made us all unique in our own way, right ? and so, how then would a God that did all this, expect us to all be the same when it comes to worshipping Him ? Do you think God minds if people are not raising their arms , or maybe He minds when they do. There are some people who refuse to do so.
Worshipping God comes in so many ways, and it is not wrong no matter which way someone chooses, it's people that sometimes have a problem with the many forms of worship, not God.
the Bible referance i will use, was spoken by Paul, obviously in the New testament, and he told us, by Gods Spirit..

Honestly, yes, I agree. Without a central authority to settle issues of differing opinion or belief, christianity has spun off into hundreds of different denominations that all believe differently but all claim to be right based on belief that their interpretation of the bible is true and they have something that the others don't, or are being true to scripture while others aren't. Pentacostal denominations generally cite Acts 2:1-13 as proof of their beliefs. I'm sure other denominations, such as Baptists, Methodists, etc., could very well do the same with other verses.
Again, without a central authority telling them when they've strayed from the belief or taken something out of context and gone too far with it, you are left with everyone doing their own thing and calling it right.
This answer does not take other religions into account, as I assumed your question deals strictly with Christianity.

1. One way to worship God-agree: "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth" -Jn. 4:24 We can use various different means in our worship such as music -see Psalms- good works and prayer-even hand clapping -see Psalms. Also, offering up our entire selves as an acceptable sacrifice to God is also a means we use to worship God
2. Too much freedom-disagree: A person can either be a "slave" to sin or a "slave" to righteousness. Just because Jesus Christ sets a person free from the laws of sin and death, this does not make him/her free to wilfully sin. Jn. 8:34,36; Ro. 6:1-18; Ro 8:1-11; Gal. 5:1; Heb. 10:26; 1 Jn. 3:6

Worship is a lifestyle. Praise is an act of worship.
John 4:23
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

Your question is wide open, then slammed shut with "biblical references".
The biblical reference issue is a quagemire without hope of escape. It is so wide open to interpretations not even Christianity can agree what it truely means and in such , they call it "faith".
Your implication of "Worship", to me indicates you have a belief "God" requires one to worship "him". In this your apparently agreeing, in part, with Christianity.
I am only bringing this to your attention as it appears you have bought into the Christian ideology, it so appears.
"Christians can have too much freedom" is baited as we all have the very same freedoms, true or no?
I believe religions are pre-text to corner and control how people act and react within culture as it was alive before Government was and will be when Government dies...
I also believe Christianity, like many other religions are narrowed to the point of Cults; again, a control game with Literal interpretations engineered to support the Church's found position...which, incidently, changes all the time...
Remember, your dealing with an Institution that is telling you they know God so well, they spell out his very words to you;
now step back and look at your Universe and if you say with a straight face "I am saved as I believe and all othgers are doomed..."; I'd say you're head is in sand past your neck and approaching your shoulder blades.
In my observations Christians lack faith in themselves; they take no risk in Spiritual discovery and cling to the only raft they know, their distorted, but well intended "Bible", this Document has been corrupted by man.
This "biblical contract" gaurantees they will not perish to the "devil" and in this, they cease All self Truth. This is their self delusion hard at work telling each they need look no further as they need no more answers to "God"' wow, huge concept to claim ownership of...
Any apprentice Biblical scholar might tell you that much discovered "biblical writings" were purposly left out of the Bible as it did not Fit The Churces ideologies of how "they felt" man should see "God"; kinda important...
The biblical references you speak of can be distorted 1000 different ways and all of it can be swallowed whole if you wish, as they have.
Within the Christian Bible one can find some works of Jesus, God as actual; yet, again, the Church placed into writings much of the testimates, disregarded others and Interpreted ALL for you.

Of course there is only one way to worship, and that is God's way. Of course worship as God presents it is totally missing from the church today. Today somehow the church has equated worship with music, something that the Bible never does. The First mention of worship in the Bible =was Abraham taking Isaac up to mount Moriah, and he says, "I and the lad will go yonder and worship and will come again to you." What was Abraham going to do on that mountain? Strum a guitar and sing Choruses?

There is only one way to Worship. This concept of all beliefs acceptable to God is not Biblical. Judges 10: 6,7. Also Mark 7:6,7 (Jesus talking) Also look up Romans 10:2,3. Also, Jesus prayed for unity among his followers. John 17:21-25.
Also...1Cor. 1:10. Here the Apostle Paul is telling the Christians at Corinth to be in agreement through Jesus Christ. Most Christian churches today are not in agreement. One believing in tongues, another in the rapture, another in prayer to Saints and Mary, another in healing, and so on and so on. Remember the Jews...they were one group. Chosen by God. They had one set of laws handed down by God. The nations around them believed many things and were considered pagan nations. Most of modern day Christendom has adopted many of those pagan beliefs.

Worship is the act of showing or attributing worth to something. When we pray to God, study His Word, sing praises to Him, or obey Him, we are worshipping Him. We are granting worth because He is worthy, and so we do these things because they are worth doing. But worship can be in all areas of life which are not just considered churchy. If you choose to love rather than hate; to be humble raher than prideful, to work as though your career is God's, then you live in an attitude of worship. All of life should be an exercise in worship, and part of that is coming together as Christ's church to specifically worship God in the way that only congregational meetings provide.
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31).

There are a million ways to worship. A Buddhist may do it by marveling at a beautiful flower. A Hindu may do it by contemplating the intricacies of the human navel. A Taoist may do it by greeting a stranger warmly on the street. A Christian may do it by holding his right hand in the air.
There are a million ways....
