If you have been under a large amount of stress lately and your not an uptight person,it might go away, but if the stress in your life is constant and your uptight, then most chances is,it is here to stay. Although,we all go through stressful times, college, family, loss of someone close, relationships etc etc...We can get over it and move on and we shed a few gray hairs,No they will not turn back to black, but if your away from those stressful conditions and they pass, then your hair will grow in back in it's natural color. No need to worry. Unless it is genetics for you then as it is in my family, the gray hairs will just continue. For all you know even as a child you had gray hair it just fell out and you did not notice it. Try to do some kind of Yoga or stress relieving activity or take a vacation if possible. Perhaps your body needs some relaxing and this might help your body to relax and not grow in gray hairs. If possible avoid stress as often as you can,no fighting,no hectic schedule, try to fix your schedule to accomdate you,try to get more sleep this is the number one reason those grays hairs will creep up on you....no sleep t he body is not resting,it's not recooperating at the end of the day this puts even more stress on the body...try to get in "spa" time,if you can't afford any "spa treatment" create a home made spa for yourself, try to make every Friday night a "you" night, pamper yourself and your body. Growing gray hair is not just a beauty damper it's showing signs your body needs rest. So,it is possible if you relieve your stress as much and as often as possible then those hairs should start growing in your natural color again, but if you continue with the stress in your life, your gray hair will grow in twice as much. Even lead to something else!! Take care of yourself,I hope I helped a little bit.
