the file is about 200 pages, and when i click print, it goes up to 30 pages, then a window shows up saying can not print file, and another window says "insufficient data for image". what does that mean? but i can read the file on my computer with no problem, so i just can't print?

Sounds like the file is larger then your printer is able to hold in its memory. Since it looks like it can hold 30 pages before it runs out, try printing it 25 pages at a time.

i had a similar problem with printing a pdf file but it was only a few pages. the file i tried to print was an application for a college and it had blank spaces to enter my info. I don't know why but it would only print if i changed a letter somewhere in the document and resaved it. so if your doc is read only it wont help you but if you can delete a letter anywhere in the document and save the changes it might help.

because it has to download to your temp file first. 200 pages is a lot of memory, so it may just be taking a while to download. try waiting a little longer and see if this is the case.
