spaghetti squash. YUM-O! Its naturally healthy and delicous. All you do is cut in half lengthwise,rip out the seeds and put it face down in a1/4 in of water and bake for about 45 mins. When you take it out, run a fork down the inside and turns into "noodles" You can add salt and pepper if you wish or even a light butter.

fruit is the healthiest way to go if you are just wanting to be healthy. if you are looking to lose weight or gain some muscle then something with alot of protein like eggs or chicken is the best way to go

I snack on rice cakes every couple of hours. They're only 35 calories or less and one will tide me over until lunch or dinner.

*Low fat and low sodium Prgresso soups
*Fruits
*Drinking a lot of water with my meals always help fill me up
