I dreamt I was lying face down and was coherent. The surgeon cut the back of my head open and i was telling him that I could feel it a little , but then it was ok because it was numb . I have been under a lot of stress lately but this was very weird , It felt like I could actually feel them cutting me. Of course in a numbing way . No rude answers please

It's really hard to tell what this could mean. The fact that you stated you've been under a lot of stress lately seems to be the most pressing factor in this equation. Of course, we all dream every night, we may just not remember it. My suggestion would be to start looking at things like are you getting enough sleep at night, how much stress are you under, are you having the same dream (the brain surgery, or maybe another similar dream) multiple times? These things can distinguish if it's something to be examined more or just a bad dream you had. Chances are, if you're having the same dream multiple times, you might want to see someone if it is bothering you to try some stress relieving exercises. Hope this helps!

It is my guess that this new stress is something that you are new to. The cutting on the the back of your head is a symbol to yourself that you are usually in control with what goes on in your life. Well, You are discovering new things about yourself. Not to worry a little extra time preping yourself at the beginning or your day will help you ease that stress. I.E. improve your dream state. Never know there might be opportunity in these new endeavors, good luck.

You are correct that its about your recent transformation. In some ways you still feel silly, like you are playing at being grown up but you really know that many of the changes are for the better. The complete circle cut is symbolizing that it is a "complete" transformation. You might have cried in your sleep. You may be sad at the loss of childhood. Many times emotions come out as real when you are sleeping. I listened to my Daughter laugh in her sleep for an hour last night, its normal.
