It is very important to get the shots when they are puppies and then to have a booster every year to prevent any diseases. Puppies usually get immunity from disease from their mother while they are nursing but since your female has not been vaccinated and has no immunity, then neither does your puppies. We do give our dogs their shots while they are pregnant or nursing if it is time to give them. Our vet advised us that this is okay and actually helps with the pups immunity. The best thing you can do is to ask your vet what is the best thing to do.

No shots ever and a litter of pups.

And you think this is okay? Now you have to wait until the pups go in for their first shots- were you planning on doing it for them?- and ask the vet what he can do for the mother. You'll probably have to wait until after they're weaned ( and getting the next set of shots) before you can do her, which means you'll pay for an extra vet visit.

Do everyone a favor and have this dog spayed when her pups are weaned and she's in for the shots. She doesn't need another litter and the world does not need more puppies.

Hi
Are you saying your dog has never ever had any type of shots? you are waiting until now that she has a litter of pups to get her shots?
You cannot do that You should have had her shots when she was a pup and you should have followed threw every year there after
It is really not safe to worm or give shots when a dog is nursing
You need to call a vet and question them
Wow you really need to get on your game and be more of a responsible pet owner
I am sorry if I am coming off rude but you cannot be Lax when it comes to your dog as she can contract parvo among other things and pass it along to her pups and then when you sell or give away your pups they can pass it along to existing pups in the house
Please get with it and get her up to date along the pups as soon as possible

Wait til her puppies are completely weaned, then take her in for vaccinations.

If she is still feeding the pups, the answer is no. Wait until she is done feeding the pups.
