That was Denny's race. He had the fastest car but his patience or lack of cost him the race!! If Tony Stewart or Jimmy Johnson was in that car, we would have seen it in Victory Lane!!!! Patience! Patience! Patience!!!!

Man, I haven't seen this many excuses or people blaming something else, since the COWBOYS beat the hell out of the Bears... You are right about Denny, no need to listen to all this whining. If kennseth had the best car, it wouldn't have blown up?? Plain and simple

They are both very good race car drivers. Since Kyle has been at JGR, he has won 15 races vs. Denny's 12. (career: KB 19 DH 15) Denny has suffered a few chases of bad runs and crap luck in the past just as Kyle has..this year the #11 team seems to have worked out their kinks. As far as consistancy, Denny. But that is changing. As far as overall talent, it still goes to Kyle. Denny has never won on a superspeedway or a road course..Kyle has won on every type of track on the circuit.

Denny had a good car, but Kennseth had the best car before he blew up...Denny is in the chase, and he is young, so patience is not in his dictionary, after all he probably gets that from his team mate Tony, he is not a very patient driver either. There was just a ton of stuff that went on in this race, action, crashes, almost a fight.. yep I think alot of drivers were missing patience this weekend..

Hamlin's car wasn't that good when he crashed it. If he had been a little more patient his crew might have been able to adjust the car to get him running up front again, but we all know how that turned out.
Stewart and Johnson are not really known for being real patient drivers. If you are looking for patient, you need someone like Mark Martin in the car.
I don't think you will see any more patient drivers come into the series. The drivers coming in now have to prove themselves from the first time that they strap into the car. If they don't perform from the start they get the boot and someone else gets the ride. It takes several years to establish themselves as stars and secure their ride before they can afford to calm down a little.

Kenseth had a good car too. This race put Hamlin and Kenseth back a lot in the chase. I don't know if they will be able to catch up. I'm thinking at least one driver will go through all 10 races and not have too bad of a finish.

Denny had some serious competition from the likes of the Roush boys yesterday, but no doubt, Denny cost himself any shot at finding out whether the crew could have adjusted itself to early race form by ramming Kyle Petty.
The thing that bothered me the most was that he didn't listen to Mike Ford closely enough and chill himself out a bit.
I also think it was stupid to run the Busch Series race if he was that sick. Does he not remember the real money is in the Cup? I respect the desire to race every chance you get, but he didn't do himself ANY favors with his performance yesterday. Whether or not he is one, he looked like an *** yesterday.

Seems to be a widespread lack of patience around lately. Biffle had a really fast car too, as did Kenseth. Way too many cautions and restarts yesterday. Too bad Denny was sick.

Go Jr.>>>>

Yes, Denny had a great car. But it was Matt that had the better car by far. If Matt had not had motor problems he would have won the race no matter how well Denny drove.
Denny and his team could not keep up with the changing track conditions as well as Robby Riser.
Go MATT!!!

I feel sorry for Denny because he was soooo sick.... I don't think he had the car to beat though. That bad boy belonged to Matt Kenseth! he should have won that race, to bad his motor blew....

Denny was told over the radio, to slow down, several times by his spotter, and then because of his impatience, and his need to lead laps, he wrecked with a non-competative car...great move Hamlin.
