The easy thing to do is to make hamburgers. But you sound like you want an easy recipe.
Here's something for you...
you'll need

either 1 egg and a package of crackers
or

1 cup cooked oatmeal

use the oatmeal because it's healthier

some green bell peppers
an onion
salt and pepper
and some ketchup

mix up the ground beef with the cooked oatmeal(or the egg and the crackers)

chop the peppers and onions into it and mix it in. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper. maybe some oregano, too, if you have it, nut much though, 1/4 teaspoon.

preheat your oven to 325 degrees

put it in a bread pan or an oven safe dish and cover the top with the ketchup, also cover the top of the pan with foil or an appropriate lid.

bake it at 325 for 45 minutes. Check it after thirty minutes.

meat loaf

good luck

Got this recipe from my Indonesian-Dutch neighbors when i was growing up. Easy, kids love it. It's a kind of hamburger stew. This will feed a family of 5.

ROTMOK

1 onion - chopped
3 carrots - sliced
2 potatoes - cubed
1 can kidney beans - drained
1 can green beans - drained
1 can peas - drained
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 lb ground beef
1 T oil

Place oil and onions in a skillet and saute until translucent. Add the ground beef in clumps (doesn't have to be round balls - just clumps). When no longer pink, drain off all but 1 T of the grease and add the carrots and cook 1 minute. Then add the potatoes and cook until the carrots are tender-crisp and the potatoes are soft but not mushy. Add the canned veggies, undiluted tomato soup, salt and pepper to taste. You can add a little water to thin the soup mix down just enough to coat everything. Cook until everything is hot. Serve with a nice salad and bread and butter to wipe the plate clean!!

I have served this in homemade bread bowls and everyone loved it. Only dishes were the pot I served it in and the silverware and glasses. We ate the "bowls".

Enjoy!

Fix a box of mac and cheese. Chop up half an onion, brown with hamburger, drain and mix together with mac and cheese. Most of the time I add a little garlic powder and seasoned salt, and some pepper. Sprinkle the top with additional cheese, like grated chedder. Have a small salad on the side. If you have frozen texas toast, or bread sticks, that goes real well and fill the kiddies up!!

Good Luck!

Sloppy joes ( mix ground beef with one packet of sloppy joe mix, top on hamburger buns)

Shepards pie (mix the ground beef [cooked] with a can of beef broth, mixed veggies [a bag of frozen veggies works great]. Smooth ingredients in a baking dish and top with about an inch or two of cooked mashed potatoes and cook in oven at 350 until the mashed potatoes are golden brown on top. Drizzle with wortchesterchire sauce)

How about chili? If you have any tomatoes, especially canned, you're mostly all set. Of course there's the ever popular burgers, tacos, burritos...you say you have other ingredients, but it would help to know what. If you add some info to your question, I'll gladly edit my answer. :)

Brown your beef, dice up one potato, add to beef, add salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, water, spoonful of flour, a little tomato sauce (optional), stir, cover, let simmer. Make some rice on the side, maybe some beans...yummy!
